back to normal

Been in work since 4am. Done taxis now i have a trip and a half on the 389 which i have not done for ages. Changes are coming on the 217 and 218 with mossley being removed and it will be leaving from shude hill and not going to piccadilly at all. Bad idea i think. We just got this bus back from the paint shop looking pretty good for it's age. Shows the man buses will be with up a bit longer.

  1. I like the ALX300's, is there any plan to refurbish the 'S' & 'T' reg versions, have the same seating as the pictured example?

They're actually scrapping it ?!? looks like everyone up here will have to rely on the newly transformed (or deformed) 343 lol

  2. Time the 218 went back to it's old route. Stalybridge Bus Station to Piccadilly via the "Old Road" and not going to furrin places!

  5. Mic, on the last Stagecoach Fleetcard i saw im pretty sure 22241 was listed as 'awaiting disposal' and was stored at Charles Street depot. But dont you have an upto date Fleetcard from Stagecoach? What does it say on there.

  10. As far as i know the case against the driver is still ongoing so it would make sense that VOSA may still have the bus.
But as its offically part of the fleet its still on the fleetlist.

Mic the buses arn't being sold but are being cascaded to other Stagecoach fleets, mainly as trainers.
