I got the number 7 service (for the first time ever) a couple of weeks ago when I needed to get from Ashton to Stockport. I was in two minds as to whether to wait for the 330 to arrive or chance my arm on the number 7 as it had already pulled into the bus station.
I thought it might be a quicker trip than on the 330 but couldn't have been more wrong. It went all round the houses.
Suprisingly the journey time isn't much different. Although it seems very long on a little bus going around the houses. I think it's about ten minutes longer than the 330.
