13 hour day today. Finishing on the 7's at 2130ish. Just in piccadilly and noticed this 57 optare. I thought this sort of thing was done with old buses. This one seems to have been bought like this. Busy now as city are at home tonight. Glad to be coming off.
Isn't this a special build, judging by the wheelbase?
ReplyDeleteI had an interview at the MRI today , 219 - 142 both ways. On my inbound journey on the 219,around gorton,a freaky looking bloke got on.At the next stop,I could here the drivers cash tray jangaling,and up the stairs he came."what did you just say?" he asked this freak. The freak then came out with a load of nonsense. the driver went back into his cab,but was that irate,he let of his handbrake,reved the engine and rolled backwards. I did comiserate with the driver back at ashton,and mentioned it was arses like that freak that made me leave stagecoach !
