New buses

Nice to see more upto date First buses at Dukinfield at the moment. It seems the 419 and newly acquired 41 now have the new single deck hybrid things on them. Very wet week in ashton this week with today no exception. Got 9 days holiday after today to look forward to though. Not much else happening at the moment. A few major service changes on the way but will mention more of this very soon.

  2. I was looking forward to riding on one of those new hybrids to Middleton and??? 53149 turned up on the 419, gutted after seeing 3 on the 419 all week and just having to settle for a Solo, and the same coming back on 53149 back to Ashton from Middleton later after a day out trip to Bury.

Wondering if 50280 is at Oldham with 40313 ?
40312 is reported off the road after a breakdown.
Ive seen the odd solo on te 353/4 too.

    1. it looks like 52 will stay here now as they still have 43 I think Oldham will get rid of their arrows and be left with T-KLFs as 30802 to 7 are moving to Bury and all p-reg volvos are to be withdrawn the 3 old Volvos at chester & wirral 34058/34260/63 not part of this movement 34260 is on loan to First Pottieres at Wrexham outstation as the bluebird school buses are still on first Pottieres lincince
