When will the Councils in Greater Manchester learn that to be able to issue LEGAL parking tickets and lift vehicles, that the yellow lines have to be maintained to the standard required in the relative piece of legislation. This guy was unlucky. If he had parked another vehicle's length forward, the yellow line is virtually non-existant and any action by the Council against him would have been illegal, with fines and charges unenforceable, if challenged.
